Co-Pastor Belinda Henderson is the youngest girl of three (3) children born to George and Joyce Coleman in Dallas, Texas. She married the love of her life Randy Henderson on April 13, 1991. She is a devoted Wife and Mother to three wonderful children who also serve in the ministry: Randaisha Henderson, Desmond Henderson, and Cathryn Henderson

 

She accepted Christ as her personal Savior at the tender age of five (5) years old, and at the age of nine (9) years old Belinda and her family joined the Light House Church of God In Christ, under the leadership of Superintendent E. E. Calloway, where she matured and blossomed into a well rounded young lady.

 

She accepted the call to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ under the Leadership of the Superintendent E. E. Calloway, at the early age of 15 years old.

 

She was licensed as a minister at the Higher Ground Always Abounding Assemblies, Inc., on June 24, 2011.

 

She is nationally and internationally known as, Mother, Wife, Teacher, Mentor, Evangelist and Preacher.  As an evangelist and teacher, she has traveled extensively throughout the U.S. for several years preaching the word of God. She has also served as a speaker at numerous conferences and churches in the surrounding areas of Dallas, Texas.

 

She is an accomplished Early Childhood Education Teacher and has been recognized for various affiliations, awards and honors, such as, but not limited to the following:

She began to devote her life to serving God faithfully in many areas of ministry, such as “The Sunshine Band Choir”, where she was a director for two(2) years. She created the Children’s Church and served as the children’s church leader and  choir director for five(5) years, Sunday School teacher for the youth for four(4) years, a member of the Minister and Deacon wives’ department for five(5) years, the Hospitality Committee as a servant for five(5) years and this is just to name a few.

After leaving Light House Church of God In Christ in 1998, she and her husband joined the Potter’s House Church under the leadership of Bishop T. D. Jakes and First Lady Serita Jakes. There she served in Ravens Refuge Ministry, The Potter’s House Choir, a member of the Deacon Wives’ Ministry, God’s Leading Ladies, The Woman-to-Woman Ministry, and a mentor of The Distinctly Debutante Program for 13 years.

​

She is a teacher by profession, with 30 years in the field of education and 15 years of teaching in and out of the classroom setting. She has used her skills in the field of education and Administration Management to conduct various workshops for first-time teachers coming out of college, with no classroom management skills. In addition to her many talents, Co-Pastor Henderson has worked as a teacher using her unique method of early childhood education with great success.

​

As a leader, she believes in service that is exercised through modeling, mentoring, instructing and life coaching. Co-Pastor Henderson is versatile, dedicated and professional. She has a reputation for problem-solving and decision-making, as well as the ability to motivate and lead others. Most importantly, she has demonstrated the ability to minister to the needs of individuals in a spiritual and caring manner.

Co-Pastor Henderson’s life goal and mission is to impact people’s lives by encouraging, equipping and empowering them through the gospel of Jesus Christ to become effective leaders.

​

She is a Timothy among the Paul’s of this generation….seasoned eloquent, bold and committed to the cause of Jesus Christ. She is looking forward to all that God has in store for the ministry that lies within her.

She is committed to creating and cultivating an authentic church experience that will foster love, joy and peace that will turn the hearts of God's people back to him by re-committing their walk with God through bible-based teaching that glorifies God and exceeds all expectations. This mighty woman of God has a now word for this generation. She preaches the word with a prophetic anointing, bringing the hearts of the people to repentance and holiness.
